Your New Role: This professional e-learning company is looking for an experienced and strategic Customer Marketing Manager who can translate customer insights and feedback into action! You have a deep understanding of customer marketing, knowledge of the integrated B2B marketing ecosystem, and are well-versed in email marketing and paid, owned, and earned media.
You’ll drive customer segmentation strategy and partner with sales and marketing teams to improve customer retention and upsell revenue at scale. Other key responsibilities include auditing existing sales and CSM enablement resources, creating comprehensive marketing plans, developing a global execution playbook, analyzing, and establishing metrics for learner engagement, and leading customer advocacy program efforts. You enjoy interpreting measurement reports, writing creative briefs, and can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
