Seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with Clinical Research Experience
Short Term Contract with potential for extension
100% Remote
o Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
o Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
o Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
o Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
o Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
o Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
o Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Accounts receivable, Data entry, Reconciliation, Invoicing, Clinical Research, Excel, collections accounts receivable
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
o Accounts receivable experience
o Looking for someone with previous experience in clinical research
o Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
o Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
o Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
o Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (JDE or other full-scale ER software)
