POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for providing administrative support to the IT, PMO & Security departments with operational planning, budgeting and financial controls. Acts as the central point of contact for corporate finance regarding budget variances, financial analysis, and IT cost allocations. Works across the organization to ensure all technology spend is centralized in IT to get the best rates possible and to prevent purchasing of redundant technologies. Responsible for IT procurement and contract management. Acts as the coordinator/liaison for Legal, Strategic Sourcing and HR functions related to contract staffing. Works proactively to ensure contract renewals are handled in a timely manner, works with technology owners to negotiate with vendors, create deliverable-based agreements, and create standards for MSA and SOW conditions. Tracks and reports on vendor spend and contract renewals. Coordinates vendor relationships for specific work and manages inventory of all active vendors. Collaborates with vendor owners and Enterprise Architecture on technology strategies to select on target vendor partners. Accountable for complying with company policies and all laws and regulations associated with duties and responsibilities.
