Bergen Logistics is looking for a Marketing Manager to help design, plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities.
For this role, you should be well-versed in the full marketing mix, experienced with digital marketing strategies, skilled in writing and publishing digital content, and be familiar with researching and analyzing market data on customers’ behavior.
You should also be able to analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics and report department performance to the executive team.
Ultimately, you will help us achieve our business goals through building and managing high performing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies
Manage PPC and SEO digital media strategies and campaigns to maximize ROI.
Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
Create and manage content and calendar for social media channels.
Create reports on marketing and sales metrics and conversion rates
Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
Conduct market research to identify new channel opportunities
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
Create internal marketing materials : employee newsletter, digital signage
Develop content and strategies for web site enhancements.
Identify and engage PR strategic opportunities.
Research and maintain industry event and tradeshow calendars.
Requirements
BS degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field or proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
Experienced in PPC digital marketing strategies, tools and techniques
Experience with SEO / SEM campaigns
Proficient with SEO and PPC web analytics
Excellent writing, designing and publishing skills
Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, GSuite
Excellent communication and presentation skills
