Primary Duties and
Responsibilities :
Work within the MarketingStrategy, Creative Services & full UMAC team to assist in the creation ofstrategic marketing plans for
Belmont University initiatives and brands including Admissions (undergraduateand graduate), Colleges, Athletics, Alumni,
Development, Fisher Center for the Performing Arts, Belmont Online and more.Position reports to Marketing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist UMAC Strategy team members with the development and execution of all marketing strategies and advertising plans, including planning / buying advertising media research, proposal evaluation, invoice processing, results tracking either directly or via use of an outside media buying professional;
development and production of advertising concepts either via in-house creative team or outside creative resource; and trafficking of creative materials to contracted media partners for fulfillment of campaign.

Assists Strategy team members in drafting and executing the digital marketing strategy and plans including PPC, Paid Social, etc.
and builds regular reports and analytics to track the success of campaigns. Works with contracted vendors to place buys and monitor analytics
help fulfill those chosen to pursue, including buying media, development / production of creative, and trafficking materials to advertising outlets.
On occasion, complete pick-ups and deliveries and set-up / take-down signage. Field incoming phone calls and other tasks as directed.

Required Qualifications :

Required Education
A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or other relevant field preferred.
Required Experience
1 to 3 years related experience
