Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst – Stores Finance (SFA) is the primary liaison between the Store Design & Construction (SD&C) Maintenance team regarding budgeting, forecasting and overseeing store maintenance spend for stores in the United States and Canada. The SFA is responsible for partnering with SD&C to accurately maintain visibility to maintenance costs through analysis and reporting and for resolution of inquiries from our maintenance vendors. Additionally, the SFA has responsibility for budgeting and forecasting Home Office Facilities project spend. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical thinking capabilities and be able to multitask, prioritize, meet set deadlines, and proactively provide solutions in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
