JOB TITLE: Internal Recruiter (Banking and Finance) DEPARTMENT: HR REPORTS TO: VP of HR FLSA STATUS: Exempt SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall sourcing, recruitment and hiring of new employees. Solid understanding of departmental hiring goals and objectives and how they relate to the values of the company. Oversee day-to-day management of internal stakeholders, candidate pipelines and external recruiters. Exhibits sound business judgment and decision-making skills to determine the quality of candidates presented to hiring managers. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
