Overview:
An exciting opportunity exists to join our Central Region Finance team in a fast-paced environment with North America’s fastest growing commercial real estate services company.
The Finance Manager position supports the local markets in various aspects including month-end close, transaction invoicing, accounts receivable management, process improvements, and month end reporting. Works under the direction of the Central Region Finance Director. The ideal candidate will project a positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a sincere desire to become an integral part of our team.

Oversee monthly revenue forecasting in conjunction with local markets and Finance Director
Manage Central Region finance associates under leadership of regional Finance Director
Provide monthly financial reporting to Market Leaders as required
Liaise with Corporate Accounting on all market specific financial matters with oversight of Finance Director
Review and approve weekly commission payroll with regional revenue processing team
Understand market specific compensation structures that may exist
Generate various broker reports to provide brokers, Finance Director and Market Leaders
Develop annual budgets with Finance Director and Market Leaders
Ensure accounts receivable for the region are maintained by revenue processing team; support the collections process by interfacing with applicable broker and, if necessary, corporate legal department
Understand relationships between internal service lines; more specifically, to assist in processing cross-service line referral fees
Approve accounts payable prepared by AP processor to ensure proper coding and budget alignment
Qualifications:
Requirements
Five or more years of experience in a Finance, Accounting and/or Operations role
4 Year Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of personalities
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Ability to read, comprehend and interpret associated legal documents (i.e. contracts, leases)
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Positive attitude and the ability to quickly respond to co-workers and clients
Possess technical proficiency in Microsoft products
Demonstrate understanding of financial and accounting reporting
Takes initiative in expanding professional development for themselves and their teams
