Descriptions:
Customer Service Representative
Customer Accounts Representative
Light/soft collections (payments that are between 1 and 29 days past due).
Assist customers with their accounts from adding a credit card, changing their expired payment method, turning on auto-pay etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Problem solving skills, attention to detail
Must have excellent Communication Skills
Experience with customer service and problem resolution
Bachelor’s degree or associates preferred but not required
1-2 years of professional work experience
Schedule:
Customer Service Representative
Monday – Friday (8AM – 5PM) with one Saturday a month (8AM – 12PM)
Saturdays are overtime pay
Customer Accounts Representative
Monday – Friday (8AM – 5 PM) with two late nights a week (11AM – 8PM late nights are never on Friday) and 1-2 Saturdays a month (8AM -12 PM)
One week of the month will be all 7-4, with Saturday 7-12 for that week.
