Description:
Liaise with Operations, Sales, and Accounting to ensure Customer Care service contracts are executed as agreed
Administrate and coordinate customer service and support activities such as but not limited to service quote and scheduling site visit
Regular communication with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities, if any in the brand experience to ensure the customer has a seamless experience with the company.
Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered – help measure metrics such as NPS to gauge how the brand is performing on CX performance parameters
Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities via LinkedIn, Lead Forensics and other tools
Assist sales and marketing department with content, communication, and execution and follow up of sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
Skills required are CRM proficiency, excellent communicator verbal and written, customer interfacing experience is a plus, social media experience.
A degree in Marketing or related field desired- digital marketing, communication, public relations
Hubspot or similar CRM
