Position Overview
This E-commerce Product Coordinator will report to the Digital Product Manager and will be responsible for managing/analyzing products that are sold through several owned online sites as well as on eBay. This E-commerce Product Coordinator will partner closely with the Digital Product Manager, Product Merchandisers and Support Teams to ensure all products launch on-time and are priced competitively as well as going-forward. Analyzes selling results to ensure winning products are positioned to maximize sales while slow sellers or those with excess stock are addressed to maintain desired inventory levels/turnover. Works with Procurement Team to ensures adequate inventory levels to maximize volume. Analyzes assortment and studies competitors, making recommendations on pricing and where to expand or contract the assortment for each brand.
Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities
Product Merchandising
· Monitor stock of all products to ensure adequate inventory is on-hand or incoming by partnering with Merchandisers and Procurement.
· Monitors stock of all items to ensure we are not overstocked, recommend purchase order adjustments as needed and recommend timely pricing action to move excess stock while delivering margin targets.
Reporting & Analysis
· Generate and analyze current product selling to make suggestions related to the assortment, promotions, temporary/permanent price changes and reorders on all sites by understanding key performance indicators/metrics by SKU/item, class and department. Work alongside the email/banner team to communicate new, winning or overstocked items for consideration in emails/promotional events to help drive sales/reduce excess stock.

· Serve as a member of the E-commerce team.
· Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs, including an in-office and from home hybrid work environment.

Requirements
Educational Requirements
· Four-year degree in marketing, business, communications, or other related area of study.
· Digital ecommerce training, certificates, etc. a plus.
Experience and Skills
· 2-4 years of experience partnering with buyers in a high-volume direct marketing or retail environment driving volume/margin while managing inventory levels on thousands of items over several websites is required.
· Experience using reporting/data query tools (Access, Oracle SQL, PowerBI, D365, etc.) to inform decisions is required.
· Experience with eCommerce platforms/content management systems such a Magento, Shopify, Ebay, etc., not required but highly desirable.
· Experience using site analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent not required but highly desirable.
· Proven ability to build consensus/relationships with ability to generate alignment and drive key issues to resolution and work effectively within a cross-departmental team.
· Deep experience with Excel is a must, while basic use of Word and Outlook, etc. is required.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Experience in the collectibles space not required but highly desirable.
