Collaborates with vendors to implement marketing campaigns and meet deadlines. Responsible for the brand image, maintaining brand standards and overseeing the relationship with our advertising agency to make marketing strategy recommendations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES : Serves as the main point of contact between the advertising agency and the marketing department.
Coordinates the various projects, setting deadlines, priorities and overall brand standards. Coordinate all forms of media and media placement.
Work with vendors to develop and implement media purchases and planning while recommending the best use of, and staying within budget parameters.
Prepare direct mail and e-Blast communications and coordinate mailings.Responsible for the development and coordination of all promotional schedules including all supporting material development scheduling and installation.
Successfully collaborates with designated marketing staff to produce signage schedules with appropriate branches and completing plasma and LED signage.
Oversee Employee Social Committee in developing and implementing various internal activities and communications to increase morale and effective communication with staff.
Coordinate product and service promotions and communication for new product / service launches and product / service updates.
Assist with testing and helping to develop training materials and member communication based on new product / service launches and product / service updates.
Assist in providing copy for collateral materials, electronic media and website. Collaborate with marketing team in developing content marketing across all media platforms.
Work collaboratively with entire marketing / public relations / training team to implement product launch coordination, providing content for promotional ads, product and service promotions and training, overall marketing campaigns, website content, and strategic planning.
Assist in determining the best use of the budget and adhering to budget parameters when proposing recommendations. Actively and thoughtfully communicating with their supervisor, planning their goals and development, taking accountability for their actions and striving for excellence.

Other duties as assigned.QualificationsREQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITIONBachelors Degree Marketing or related field.Minimum three years experience in marketing, advertising, and design.
Minimum one year experience in graphic design, layout in print and electronic media.Computer knowledge including the ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent decision-making skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to be exceptionally organized and appropriately prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
Self-motivated.Able to effectively manage projects from start to finish.Detail oriented.Team player.Valid drivers license and comprehensive automotive insurance including liability coverage.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Light work exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, use of arm and / or leg controls, and worker sits most of the time.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES : The following physical activities will be required on a day-to-day basis : climbing, stooping, crouching, reaching, walking, pulling, fingering, feeling, hearing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, pushing, lifting, grasping, talking, repetitive motions.
