Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for oversight of the completion of compliance testing, government filings, and all year-end reports for client defined benefit retirement plans. CRM is responsible for service for a block of clients, partnering with financial advisors, and brokers at all levels based off the FuturePlan service model. This includes working with internal team members to process requests for each client. Act as an SME and mentor for fellow employees. CRM will be evaluated on the ability to meet service goals as defined by management.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure delivery and explanation of defined benefit retirement plan administration including plan documents, compliance testing, government filings, distributions, loans, plan eligibility, and vesting
Ensure accuracy of data for use in managing plan load and reporting
Consultatively communicate with clients and financial advisors
Review and deliver Actuarial Valuations and PBGC Premium Calculations
Assist with plan design options
Develop technical skills to become a subject matter expert in specified employer services area(s)
Be able to execute the above responsibilities primarily for defined benefit plans but also some defined contribution plans.
Communicate significant issues and exceptions to an appropriate higher level of authority within the organization in a timely manner
Ensure timely PBGC Plan Terminations
Project work as needed
3+ years of defined benefit experience required
