Job Description
The Finance Administrator’s primary responsibility will be overseeing the day-to-day accounts payable process. This role monitors invoices processing through the invoicing system and reconciling invoices as they are recognized on the general ledger. is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker will be required to work well with all stakeholders; customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Weekly reconciliation and review of Food Cost results with Director of Purchasing and Location Controller
Maintaining electronic and physical invoice files and overseeing off premise storage
Compiling monthly expenses by account type and other criteria
Assist with daily cash deposits
Weekly safe checks to include ordering change
Responsible for armored car deposit pick up
Assist with office supply orders
Assists unit management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance, etc.
Familiarity with technology and software such as, copy/scanners, computers, cell phones, etc.
Proficient with MS office suite, specifically Microsoft excel for data entry and reporting within the role
All other duties as assigned based on client and business needs

Qualifications
4 year degree in finance/accounting or relevant degree preferred OR applicable years of work experience/certifications
2-3 years of high-volume AP experience ($20M per year)
Prior administrative experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organization skills with a strong attention to detail
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (with the ability to filter data using v-lookups and pivot tables)
Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Desire to grow within the department preferred
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
