Zola Consulting Group has partnered with a highly respected and fast-growing small CPA firm that is in search of a Senior Tax Manager to join their team! You will support the firm’s clients by reviewing returns and providing technical tax advice.
Location: McKinney, TX 75072
Type of Hire: Direct
Software: QuickBooks, etc.
Work Schedule: Flexible Options: Monday – Friday
Compensation: $95,0000 to $120,000/year + benefits
Principal Duties:
- Review and prepare 1120, 1120S, 1040, 990, 990PF, 706 and 1041 tax returns
- Provide tax estimates and projections
- Work directly with owners to discover ways to improve processes
- Engage in cross border financial planning topics

- Identify value added services and expand books of business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Set priorities and skillfully juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office
Qualifications:
- Active CPA License
- Recent Public Accounting experience
- 5+ years of tax experience including preparation and review
- Strong professional presence and leadership skills; ability to mentor and develop staff
- Willingness to commute or relocate to McKinney, TX
