Responsibilities:
o Process customer invoices/credit memos and payments/refunds.
o Reconcile discrepancies, charge backs, allowances, etc.
o Manage the A/R Aging and produce month-end reports.
o Communicate promptly with customers and collect/negotiate any over-due balances.
o Set up new customers in accounting system
o Process, code, and post vendor invoices, expense reports and company credit card transactions in order to be paid in a timely manner.
o Record wire and ACH/EFT payments.
o Assists with monthly/quarterly accrual cycle, prepaids, fixed assets and other reconciliations as needed.
o Set up new vendors in accounting system.
o Communicate and respond promptly to vendor inquiries.
o Reconcile vendor statements.
o Maintain W-9 Forms and prepare 1099s at year end.
