The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day management operations including:
€Completing accounts payable posting and maintaining accounts receivable transactions.
€Compilation of subcontractor 1099€s and any other year-end requirements.
€Maintaining monthly accounting close and reconciling bank accounts.
€Categorizing sales tax records and filing monthly and quarterly payments.
€Managing Rental contracts, confirmations, and sending out rental invoices.
€Managing and reconciling corporate credit card transactions.
€Attention to detail with exceptional analytical organization, vendor management skills required.
€Human Resource responsibilities.
€Working closely with Insurance Company preparing all renewals of policies.
€Must be proficient in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
