Westside Real Estate Investment Firm is looking to hire an Associate Acquisition/Junior Asset Manager.

JOB DUTIES:

• Work with the senior staff to underwrite potential acquisition
• Perform financial modeling to implement plans and budgets
• Develop, analyze and update project proformas
• Provide financial updates and market research
• Prepares presentation materials regarding the new acquisitions.
• Conducts due diligence, and works with third-party specialists like appraisers, and accountants,

ASSET MANAGEMENT (Secondary Function)

• Assist in overseeing local third-party property managers and leasing agents
• Assist in supplying information to develop and execute management strategies to maximize

the value of each asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and improvement of

performance.

• Prepares and updates annual business plan and quarterly/monthly performance reports for each asset.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor•s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Math or related field. Or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
