Design and deliver next-generation internal communications and employee engagement programs! The Office of the CFO Communications team is looking for an experienced communications specialist and program manager to serve as day-to-day editor for the Finance site and support internal communication programs for the Apple Finance team. Deliverables include all-hands meetings, major organization announcements, web content, employee engagement programs, This role drives projects from end-to-end and works cross- functionally with leadership and subject matter experts across Finance and supporting organizations. The Communications Program Manager will be a compelling storyteller, a concise writer, a visual designer, a creative thinker, and a very strong project manager. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, passionate, and detail oriented. This position is located in Cupertino/SCV.

5+ years communications experience
Multi-platform communications program development
Compelling content writer
Skilled presentation designer with graphic design experience, including simplifying complex concepts for a variety of audiences
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
Deep knowledge of Apple culture and values

Description
• Provide internal communication support for the Finance organization (and potentially other G&A organizations as needed) • Serve as day-to-day content editor and key content producer for the internal Finance site • Create and publish a wide variety of materials such as presentations, email messages, infographics, web content, etc. — often spanning multiple platforms • Provide communication support for various employee initiatives and programs, such as career development, performance reviews, and rewards and recognition • Support executive communication efforts including presentations and high-visibility announcements • Drive employee all-hands meetings from planning through production • Determine the right audiences, timing, and vehicles for effective communication • Utilize a variety of tools to plan, manage, and report on programs

BA/BS
