The Finance Manager is a professional, management level position responsible for maintaining and reporting the operational and financial health of the Appalachian Theatre. As a startup organization, this position will play a key role in creating and implementing internal systems and reporting processes that support fiscal responsibility, accuracy, and efficiency. This will require a dependable, self-motivated individual who can comfortably deliver a high level of service in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment. The right candidate will be a flexible multi-tasker with solid accounting skills and a “can do” attitude. They should enjoy working in a collaborative non-profit theatre environment that provides frequent daily interaction with co-workers, volunteers, artists, board members, patrons, vendors, and clients.
