SUMMARY
Responsible for managing the financial analysis, planning, and issue identification as well as financial reporting, internal controls, accounting activities and policy adherence for Functional and / or Divisional teams.
Supervising and coaching finance team members with the objective of accurate, timely and proper financial reporting and controls.
Responsibilities to lead, plan, and coordinate work teams in an efficient manner to effectively perform financial functions and activities;
utilizes metrics to track performance and manage workload. Ensures processes and procedures are compliant and consist with established enterprise practices.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
