THE FINANCE MANAGER plays a crucial role in overseeing all financial management and accounting aspects of our organization. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, adaptability, a positive attitude, self-directed time management, and the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects. We seek a team player who can collaborate effectively with internal management, staff, and domestic violence professionals across the nation.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROGRAMMATIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare programmatic budgets with input from the President, CEO, and Program Directors.
Assist in event planning and oversight, including required Conference Request Forms and other grant documentation.
Support the setup, planning, and implementation of meetings, trainings, and events as needed.
Participate in travel and training as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K program with employer match, a laptop, a cell phone/internet allowance, vacation leave, sick/self-care leave, and other benefits listed in the Alliance personnel manual.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Alliance for Hope International is a hybrid organization, with most staff members working from home, with some staff members working in key locations. Even though we are a hybrid organization, we value personal connections and in-person collaboration; for that reason, occasional gatherings and travel throughout the year are required. We welcome applicants from across the country, with a preference for those located in San Diego County in California; Boulder County in Colorado; and Tarrant County in Texas.
The standard workweek consists of 40-50 hours, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be necessary during special events or specific deadlines. Some national travel for events and technical assistance delivery may also be required. This is an exempt position, meaning there is no overtime pay, but we offer flextime and Personal Time Off (PTO) to maintain a work-life balance.
