The Finance Manager: Global & US Large Enterprises is responsible for finance and strategic decision support to the Global & US Large Enterprises segment, representing ~5,000 active customers. The successful candidate will closely work with business partners in the Global Commercial Services organization, Finance, FP&A and Pricing team to provide financial data-driven insights to help the Global & US Large Enterprises segment grow profitably.
Specific responsibilities include:
P&L Management:
Planning and financial analysis for the segment in partnership with FP&A
Prepare and present monthly financial reviews with business partners
Develop P&L outlooks and scenario planning to provide direction into how the segment is trending
Partner with Data Science team to continuously enhance billing forecasting models
Customer Margin Reporting & Analytics:
Leverage Cornerstone/SQL to go behind P&L results and to identify key business drivers
Build and enhance customer margin capabilities through Cornerstone/SQL
Leverage customer margins to influence Pricing and business decisions
Qualifications:
Highly motivated individual with an ability to drive results and work with ambiguity
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages to influence business partners
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong financial modeling skills, knowledge of SQL coding is a plus
Intellectual curiosity and strong work ethic are essential
3+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree required
