Job Description:
Provides financial leadership, support and insights to develop and deploy market strategies and operational decisions to drive better business performance. Serves as the key business partner to market leadership. Takes a forward-looking view supported by high emotional intelligence to articulate options and influence decisions in key areas. Leverages shared service centers of expertise within finance and other functions to enable leaders to achieve performance targets. Develops staff to create leadership and skillsets necessary to take on roles of increased accountability. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with senior executives, patients, coworkers and others. Work Experience: 10 or more years of demonstrated experience in providing highly strategic and innovative financial leadership in a healthcare organization. Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree finance, accounting or business administration required. MBA in finance, accounting, business administration or related discipline required.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
