Plan, direct and coordinate venue operations across all departments. Implement and uphold policies, daily operations and venue direction, while optimizing tools, resources and personnel available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and coordinate operations for each department within the venue.
Manage staffing levels through Assistant General Manager and Department Heads in order to schedule, staff and manage labor
Direct day-to-day site operations and manager all departments to ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by managing operations.
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, performance data, and daily management of PNL to measure productivity and goal achievement, to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Monitor and review KPI performance on a weekly basis to ensure venue is tracking to targeted budget.
Drive sales through proactively planning and executing marketing plans and incremental sale programs in collaboration with the marketing department.
Establish and implement Departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, aligning with Company vision, position and direction.
Oversee the receiving, production, ordering and waste for all products in the venue.
Escalate issues to Regional Manager concerning finances, personnel, technology and any issues that need immediate or large-scale attention.
Develop strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.
Responsible for hiring, managing, and developing management team.
Manage all communication from Home Office to site level.
Responsible for pre-opening recruiting, planning, training, and other site pre-opening tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
5 + years of operations experience managing a high-volume entertainment environment
Establish positive rapport with internal and external guests
Experience with managing PNL, financial statements, sales and activity reports, and performance data, to measure productivity and goal achievement.
