BizLeads is the platform for 1st-party, private company data and is utilized by businesses of all sizes and industries across the United States to help them identify and connect with their ideal prospects.
The opportunity:
We’re expanding our high-growth, high-performing sales team and seeking qualified candidates for Account Executive positions for our Charlotte, NC headquarters.
Job Responsibilities
Primary objectives:
Represent BizLeads products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of prospect needs and carry out actionable solutions to meet their goals.
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and close new business
Responsibilities:
Utilize CRM, cold-calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate BizLeads solutions
Build trusting relationships with prospects
Develop appropriate proposals
Negotiate and close new business
Report to sales manager with daily, weekly, monthly results
Skills & Experience
Ideal candidates possess:
Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years of sales experience preferred, but will discuss opportunity with recent College graduates and those desiring a career in sales
Persuasive communication skills via video-conference, phone, email, and in-person
Proven creative problem-solving approach
Strong analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial style work-environment
Strong desire to exceed your monthly sales goals
