Job summary

We are seeking a Sales Onboarding Program Manager to help us scale our Buy with Prime Sales Team. This role will act as the primary owner for all things new hires as our team rapidly scales. The role will be focused around building content, managing the onboarding program, partnering with sales managers and organizing our onboarding efforts .

The successful candidate will have a strong and dominant execution mindset and possess the ability to take initiative to complete complex tasks and projects quickly and autonomously, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, switch gears at a moment’s notice, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. The role will initially be quite tactical but over time will provide ample opportunity to provide strategy and architectural framework guidance to programs.

We are open to a candidate in all Buy with Prime office hub locations – New York, Austin, Santa Monica and Seattle.

The pay range for this position in New York City is $81,600 – 142,800/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Key job responsibilities

• Implement global partner onboarding plans and ramp-up programs for Buy with Prime Sales new hires
• Facilitate a select number of in-person & virtual training sessions as part of the Revenue Onboarding Program
• Maintain and update the self-serve educational content & resources in LMS & CMS
• Partner with the Director of Revenue Enablement on special projects and enablement programs as needed
• Work closely with sales manager to support them as their new joiners navigate their onboarding journey
• Coordinate schedules for Instructor-led Training events and workshops and manage event planning, working closely with partner team
• Build learning path frameworks, cadence of regional programs, and communicate to audience via marketing
• Evaluate effectiveness and propose adjustments to global programs to improve performance and ensure objectives are met

• Proven experience effectively managing and improving a multifaceted program
