Program Manager, Consumer Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Talent Programs

We are seeking an experienced, organized and driven Program Manager to support the development, continuous improvement, coordination, and management of integrating DEI into our core talent processes and programs in a highly dynamic environment.
Key objectives for this role will include programmatic support in planning, operationalizing, and communicating Consumer-wide talent programs and processes, as well as tracking metrics for the measurement and analysis of program effectiveness.
In this position, you will work closely with your peers who support multiple stakeholders across WW Consumer, developing, building alignment, and driving core initiatives. This requires strong planning and prioritization skills, high judgment, strong communication skills (verbal/written), and high attention to detail.
Key job responsibilities
Organize and manage program/project content and assets available to stakeholder (e.g., supporting program/project docs, internal wiki content, etc.)
· Centralize and organize all content and assets (e.g. continuously assess changes to content, etc.)
· Manage updates across team and business to ensure accuracy and usability of content assets
· Identify and implement self-service resources to reduce HRBP burden
· Use mechanisms to identify and act-on areas to improve content
· Create usability metrics and assess effectiveness of offered content assets to help team drive improvements
Organize and manage communications
· Manage shared mailboxes and respond to HR partner/business inquiries
· Manage CHIME Chat Room and/or SLACK channels
· Manage internal stakeholder email lists
· Own customer inquiries end-to-end, identify the root cause and riving solutions in a timely manner
· Identify trends in inquires to help the team drive improvements in FAQs, processes, communications, etc.
· Organize and manage talent related info sessions for PXT/HR partners and business leaders
Assist in project planning for key programs and initiatives
· Participate in project meetings to help capture key takeaways and actions
· Create a deliverable timeline for team members and help support execution
· Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
· Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Suite products.
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
· Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
· Experience using project management tools, such as Amazon Project, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.
· Understanding of Talent Lifecycle and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
· Ability to influence without direct authority
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $74,200 – $129,800 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. The pay range for this position in Jersey City is $81,600 – $142,800/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Pay Transparency Regulation of Jersey City Municipal Code. Base pay information is based on market location.
