Industry Marketing is responsible for developing crisp, highly differentiated, and compelling positioning and messaging for AWS and its services. As a head of industry marketing for the games industry, you will have the opportunity to define and drive the marketing strategy for solutions and services that help game development companies accelerate cloud transformation. You will work with key stakeholders across product marketing, GTM, sales, and services to shape the messaging and marketing of AWS solutions and services for the games industry. You will create compelling content to help customers understand service use cases and value propositions, and build the right marketing programs to drive customer engagement and service adoption. You will get to work in a rapidly growing business and have a big impact every day.
The ideal candidate has a passion for technology services and how they can be used to create business outcomes in the games vertical, the ability to transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand messaging and materials, and experience building and improving scalable mechanisms for managing work. A proven track record of excelling in a data-driven marketing organization and industry subject-matter expertise are must-haves.

• MBA and 7+ years’ experience in product marketing
• 5+ years’ experience in product marketing for services targeting the games industry
• A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and skill launching and growing innovative technology products
• Experience with cloud and data center infrastructure technologies
The pay range for this position is $156,100 – 232,400/yr.; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
