We are looking for a Product Manager Technical (PMT) Manager to join our team. The role will focus on defining the product roadmap and product/ system requirements to expand our “Buy/Sell” component inventory management initiative (e.g. backflush, gains adjustments), Direct Pay program, and our internal equipment costing product known as the “Rate Card”. In addition, you will manage a team of Business Analysts and PMTs to improve our internally developed Spend Analytics (including variance analysis reporting), Source to Contract (RFP, RFQ), Procure to Pay (PR, PO), and Sourcing Optimization processes and products/ systems collaborating closely with our internal customers, internal development teams, and our external suppliers who quote, manufacture, and deliver our infrastructure equipment.

Additional responsibilities include making recommendations to improve sourcing, procurement, and financial processes /systems, writing product/ system requirements documents (e.g. capturing needs, features, use cases, non-functional requirements), building prototypes to refine requirements, communicating business/ product requirements to internal development teams, developing the roadmap for internally developed products (e.g. rate card), and assessing purchased ERP “Source to Pay” product modules/ services (e.g. SAP, Coupa). You will work closely with a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to prioritize our internally developed analytics project portfolio and internally developed products (e.g. rate card).

About the team
The ISCaP Finance Data Analytics (IFDA) team manages development of Spend Analytics, Source to Contract (RFP, RFQ), Procure to Pay (e.g. PR, PO), controlled pricing, foreign exchange, rebates, equipment costing/ budgeting/ rates, and inventory management processes and products/ systems for the AWS Infrastructure Supply Chain. We build business intelligence (BI) descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive solutions using Tableau, Alteryx, and Python for our internal customers in Procurement, Infra Finance, Supply Chain, Hardware Engineering, and Accounting so these customers can self-serve to answer questions on infrastructure equipment spend (e.g. material and non material spend on server, networking, and power/ cooling equipment), performance to plan including rate/ volume/ mix variance reporting, cost savings, end to end pipeline inventory, cost optimized supplier sourcing allocation, and predict supplier financial risk.

We are responsible for defining and building products/ systems that forecast our infrastructure equipment cost supporting our quarterly CAPEX planning cycle and controlled material pricing systems (i.e. automation of integrator component purchase reconciliations and controlled/ prescribed pricing). We work with our customers in Procurement and Finance to capture and define business requirements, product/ system requirements for RFP, RFQ, purchase requisition (PR), component inventory management, and purchase order (PO) systems including driving the program/ project development and testing plans with several development teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• 3+ years of experience managing teams
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical or quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in product/ systems management role focusing on sourcing, procurement, inventory management, budgeting, and interfaces into financial systems.
• 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries, ETL, and creating business intelligence reports using BI tools like Tableau
• 4+ years of experience in program/ project management in high tech hardware and/or software development
• 4+ years experience in setting up and managing project schedules
• 5+ years experience working with cross functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience defining roadmap, product requirements, and implementing Source to Contract (RFP, RFQ), Procure to Pay (PR, PO) and Inventory Management processes and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Masters degree in a technical field or MBA
• Experience in Procurement, Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain
• Knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Alteryx Designer
• Familiarity with computer hardware and global supply chains
