Look no further, DEP Team is seeking a Business Analyst who can collaborate with diverse set of stakeholder including product managers, marketing managers, software development managers/engineers and other partner teams within Payments, and analyse large data sets, prove disprove hypothesis, build self-service dashboards and reports.
Amazon’s Digital and Emerging Payments team develops global services to create and improve the customer paying experience for Digital products and subscriptions. Measuring customer behavior, developing insights and monitoring our success requires large amounts of data. We’re currently looking for a tenured Business Analyst to focus on improving the success of our product. This is an opportunity to join a group with a broad charter and stakeholders across Amazon to directly influence the customer experience for Amazon products worldwide. This role offers exciting challenges and the opportunity to influence and drive a growing payments area. A successful candidate loves problem solving, obsesses over data, and has a track record of using data to influence successful business decisions.

A day in the life
You will work with a team of product and program managers, talented engineers (business intelligence/ data engineers) and developers, leading data-based insights for the team to drive business decisions. Your role will ensure success for the team. You should be comfortable diving deep into data and ensure high quality program execution of data needs, reports and insights. You will show hustle, take ownership and be able to influence others cross-functionally to deliver our goals. This role will allow you to make real-world impact in the payment experience of our customers from Day 1 and offers a dynamic and supportive environment focused on development and collaboration to solve interesting challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role will need to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and work towards bringing clarity with data and metrics.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
