If you are interested in helping organizations effectively managefinancial risks, then our team would be a great fit for you!Work you’ll do Lead multiple workstreams across finance transformation efforts Lead ERP financial system implementation and system testing Manage and plan project activities including requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and documentation Advise our clients on technical accounting and internal controls matters Work with government leaders, product owners, and end-users to understand current state business processes, develop future state processes with next generation systems/applications, delivery training, risk management, and successfully support end-user adoption Lead pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives Mentor and coach others Exercise mature judgement, and strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Give exceptional attention to detail and identify process improvement opportunities The teamDeloitte’s Government and Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact.

QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor’s Degree required in accounting, business, finance or another business-related field 5
years of experience managing senior-level client relationships 6
years of experience leading a Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle-based ERP financial system implementation 6
years of finance transformation and business process improvement experience 6
years of relevant consulting experience Ability to travel 40%-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and the industries/sectors you serve Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred:
