Corporate Finance Manager — Hudsonville, MI –
The Corporate Finance Manager will oversee full cycle finance operations for our multi-facility automation company. We serve a variety of customers and industries creating custom automated equipment. We use the latest technology and equipment and we are growing. This leadership role will work closely with other departments to develop and implement strategies to directly affect the future of our employee-owned company and our 150+ member team.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor the status of all job costing for percentage complete and WIP inventory accuracy.
· Review and oversee the month-end closing process, the financial statement preparation.
· Perform all credit functions including terms and conditions and collections.
· Manage the weekly cash flow.
· Monitor the available line of credit.
· Collaborate with General Manager on financial status.
· Work with the outside CPA firm on all audit matters and the year-end closing.
· Effectively manage team of finance personnel, including hiring, motivating and evaluating the team.
· Supervise all accounting functions including job cost, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
· Conduct department personnel job performance reviews.
· Develop finance department standards, policies and procedures.
· Interview and make hiring decisions.
· Responsible for department operating budgets.
· Participate in and/or lead activities that promote continuous improvements.

REPORTING REQUIREMENTS:
· Monthly financial statements.
· Monthly operating reports.
· Weekly cash flow analysis (Projected accounts receivable and projected invoicing).
· Bank compliance reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial management in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience in leadership and management of a small team: 5 years
· Effective execution of interdepartmental communication.
· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, accounting software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
· Demonstrated organizational skills.
· Ability to prioritize and handle many tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
