FLSA: Exempt Job Summary:
The Provider Digital Marketing Specialist is accountable for implementing the provider digital marketing strategy across multiple channels and platforms. This role will focus on delivering a cohesive and progressive experience across the provider lifecycle leveraging various digital marketing channels such as search engine optimization, paid search, email, social media, web content, etc. This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute integrated marketing communications to support new provider procurement and provider engagement via lead generation, lead nurturing, early engagement and long-term retention strategies.
Actively contribute to planning and creative development related to provider procurement and provider engagement strategies
Manage required day-to-day workflows including status report and timeline management, meeting coordination, budget oversight, key stakeholder approvals, coordination of media placement and campaign reporting and analysis
Work independently on projects with management guidance and oversight
Participate in the development of presentations, program overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal meetings and presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to efficiently meet digital marketing goals across the organization Functional Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics
Intermediate organization and project management skills
Intermediate presentation development and delivery skills
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; advanced PowerPoint skills are a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders and collaborators
Education and Experience:
5+ years of digital marketing experience required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Professional copywriting or content editing experience preferred

Compensation offered for this role is $60,000.00-$75,600.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
