We are hiring a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to collaborate with cross-functional leaders within IT, Operations, Decision Support, and Investor Relations as we build an integrated business planning process to provide quality reporting and actionable insights that drive the performance of AIR’s multi-family real estate portfolio. The Manager of FP&A will work closely with leadership to build annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and various financial models that deliver meaningful insights into business performance as well as contribute to enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives.
