JOB DESCRIPTION
The VP Marketing will provide leadership and overall strategy to oversee, develop, and employ all marketing and digital initiatives and branding efforts to achieve long and short-term goals.
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of fan engagement and acquisition strategies of the marketing and digital teams in a sports industry.
This position will work in lockstep with the Live Events and Creative Team to direct omni-channel marketing campaigns that support all facets of the business, ultimately acquiring fans and driving ticket sales, sponsorship and ancillary revenue.
This role requires a strategic leader who can collaborate and lead across departments, as well as facilitate the use of data and technology to grow a robust and diverse fan database.
This leader will have a proven track record in the sports industry to help drive opportunities, efficiencies, and creative strategies at the LA Kings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Provide mentorship and guidance to develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

BA / BS Degree (4-year) in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field; Advanced degree preferred
Experience :
Pay Scale : $150,679 – $215,000
