This position is responsible for the development, implementation and management of support strategies, policies and procedures. The ideal candidate for this job has an advanced knowledge of human resources and payroll policies. While this job is focused on administrative duties, the successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of departmental processes and procedures and have the ability to resolve questions on any administrative issues related to the department.
