Job Description:
Design, configuration, maintenance, and support of internal and external networks.
Network hardware including, but not limited to, switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, and wireless access points.
Develop and maintain systems, applications, security, and network configurations based on company requirements.
Ensure the integrity and security of the organization utilizing best practices
Develop disaster recovery guidelines and procedures
Proactively monitor health of network hardware using common network monitoring tools.
Proper documentation of all network infrastructure and server maintenance.
Perform network assessments and security PCI audits.
Work with vendors to identify new products and solutions, and to engineer projects.
Participate in the administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review.
Provides 2nd and 3rd level Help Desk support when needed
