The Financial and Retail Services (FRS) organization is close to the action—whether with guests or Target team members. FRS comprises several key and high-visibility areas that elevate and nurture Target’s distinctive reputation including: guest and team member service centers empowered by comprehensive service delivery strategies; payment product design programs that manage and grow loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all payment capabilities (RedCard, Target GiftCards third party cards, etc.); and bank program and included credit risk and compliance functions, along with accounting and financial operations and fraud prevention. As a Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for deepening Guests’ relationship with Target by accelerating the growth of the RedCard suite of products in our store channel. You will closely partner with Target Stores and Store Operations to develop and execute strategies to increase Team Member and guest awareness of our product offerings, increase application volume, improve product usage, drive progress toward goals and KPIs, and maintain a culture of compliance. You will provide project management support to deliver new capabilities, enhance existing capabilities, execute store Team Member communications, explore new ways to engage the guest (e.g. in-store marketing), and find new ways to engage Team Members (e.g. training, rewards and recognition, contests). You will lead and support cross-functional teams tasked with the implementation of projects including technology improvements, operational advancements, and stakeholder communication. Successful individuals will develop strong partnerships with internal and external teams, as well as engage and influence senior leaders to remove obstacles and gain alignment on a path forward. You will help your team problem solve issues through encouraging curiosity, calculated risk-taking, and fostering brave spaces and an inclusive environment.

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. The salary range is : $85,400-$153,700 Pay is based on several factors which may include, but are not limited to education, work experience, certifications, labor markets, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
