We are looking for a reliable Office Support Person to handle phone calls and general administrative tasks in our very busy office located in East Peoria, IL.
This is a full time Monday – Friday position working 8 hour shifts with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
As a Support Person, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and use proper phone etiquette, have a pleasant personality, be able to multitask and use basic office equipment.
Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely manner Schedule appointments with clientele Welcome guests as soon as they arrive and direct them appropriately Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, faxes, and deliveries Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, faxing, copying, and scanning Typing and data entry into several computer programs (training provided) Scheduling of client appointments Requirements:
Some college preferred Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner Excellent organizational skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.
g.
fax machines and printers) Data entry and/or fast typing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Job Type:
