Accounting Now, a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a Collections Specialist role working with our client in north Phoenix, AZ. The position will be responsible for handling business to business collections, billing, and accounts receivable functions for an interior design company.
Collections Specialist:
Responsibilities:
Handle reconciliations and auditing for accounts receivables
Handle the analysis of purchase orders and the resolution of billing issues and cash application issues
Handle the tracking of reconciliation status updates as well as collections updates for accounts receivable reporting
Responsible for assisting on month-end closes
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
2+ years of Accounting, Invoicing, Billing, or Collections experience
Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office and Accounting related software
Other:
Terms: contract 3 – 4 months, possibility for contract to hire
Location: Phoenix (Deer Valley)

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $20.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
