A rapidly expanding luxurious high-end real estate firm is looking to hire a luxury inside sales account executive to speak with potential homeowners and purchasers in California about our luxury real estate services and offers. Between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, this is entirely an inside sales job done remotely. We offer work-life-balance. Therefore, you’ll be able to set your hours and create your personal schedules within our business hours.
As a Closing Manager at Singletary and Associates Luxury you will be an extension of our internal closing process and be responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of the real estate closing process. This will include interfacing with clients, real estate agents, attorneys, and other parties to ensure a smooth and efficient closing.
The Closing Manager will be responsible for preparing and reviewing all closing documents, coordinating the scheduling of the closing, and ensuring that all parties have the necessary information and documentation. Additionally, the Closing Agent will be responsible for ensuring that all funds are properly disbursed and that the transaction is properly recorded.
Our Closing Manager is responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when they come to us to purchase a product or service. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of salespeople, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date with industry trends.
Closing managers are responsible for overseeing the closing process at real estate office institutions. They ensure that all transactions are properly executed and that all parties involved are satisfied with the results.
Closing managers may also be responsible for managing a team of agents, strategic partners and outsourced contractors. This might include assigning tasks to individual workers, providing guidance on how to complete those tasks, and ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals.
