Accountants One Looking for Account Coordinator at Atlanta, GA Full Time

Accountants One is excited to add an Account Coordinator to our growing team. This role will be an integral part of the team and support a Senior Recruiter with their recruitment as well as work on special projects for the management team.

A successful candidate will enjoy working closely with our internal team, external contacts, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy tackling new challenges. This Account Coordinator will have the ability to be creative and entrepreneurial while solving problems and completing time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry of Senior Recruiter’s daily client and candidate activities
• Calendar management for client and candidate activities
• Learn and perform advanced search techniques to identify candidates potential job placements
• Conduct phone screens of potential candidates and schedule in-person interviews for Senior Recruiter(s)
• Complete additional candidate activity including reference calls, sending skills assessments, etc.
• Extensive email and phone contact with clients and candidates
• Additional projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, however successful work experience will also be considered
• 1+ years of experience with customer service, administrative support, or sales highly preferred
• Technology savvy – comfortable with Excel, social media, data entry, etc.
• Strong communication skills
• Creative, entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-starter who can anticipate needs
