Our client, Benefits All In, located minutes from downtown Cincinnati, is a healthcare consulting firm that specializes in helping employers build better programs to support the unique insurance needs employees may have. They are currently seeking a CFO to join their rapidly growing team. The CFO will be responsible for all finance and accounting operations which includes but is not limited to the production of financial reports, the maintenance of an effective system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets. They will enjoy a collaborative atmosphere with a group of individuals who are passionate about what they do day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead a small team and oversee the overall operations of the finance and accounting department
● Drive the forecasting and budgeting processes, providing accurate financial projections and insights to facilitate informed decision-making
● Manage overall tax and regulatory compliance, coordinate with external auditors and prepare financial reports on a timely basis
● Oversee AP/AR and payroll, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
● Collaborate with leadership on the financial health of the company, provide ongoing management reports and actionable recommendations including benchmarks to measure the performance of operations
● Participate in quarterly board meetings and assist internal departments such as HR, information technology, and administration functions, as needed
Requirements
● 10+ years of progressive experience in a financial management role
● Experience in a mid-sized service company is a plus
● Advanced computer literacy, including proficient use of all Microsoft Office products, Financial/Accounting Software (Ex. QuickBooks)
● A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
● A Master’s degree, CPA or Certified Management Accountant designation is a plus
