Job Description
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for working closely with the building landlord and internal teams (Client Service Leaders) to ensure proper support is provided, supervising and inspecting all repair and maintenance programs / vendors, responding to and addressing facility related issues / repairs.
The facilities manager will also be responsible for managing trades. Additionally, the role will be responsible for special projects as assigned.
Partner with our Facilities Front Desk to ensure work orders are being reported, tracked, and addressed in an effective and timely manner.
Work closely with our finance department to maintain operating financial support and reporting; to include the submission and oversight of all purchase orders for facility related vendors.
Proactively identify and implement efficiency strategies across the operation.
Conduct floor walks, enter work orders, and managing repairs to ensure space is maintained to a best-in-class environment.
