Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to join our executive team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financial strategy, and capital structuring in the home services industry. The Fractional CFO will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy, managing acquisitions, and driving profitability, collaborating closely with the CEO and the executive team to make critical financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead robust financial planning and analysis efforts to support strategic decisions.
Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare accurate financial statements and reports; ensure legal compliance across all financial functions.
Audit and Cash Management: Oversee company audits, manage cash flow, and handle cash management and working capital.
Bank and Investor Relations: Manage and cultivate relationships with banks and investors, ensuring financial supports and services are aligned with company needs.
Tax and Financial Recommendations: Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO.
Qualifications:
Experience: 7-10 years of finance experience, particularly in leadership roles managing financial strategies and operations.
Education: CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
Analytical Skills: Strong finance-based analytical skills are essential.
Management Skills: Proven ability in managing financial operations and strategies in fast-paced environments.
Industry Expertise: Prior experience in the home services industry or closely related fields is highly desirable.
