GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports. Primary duties include financial reporting; assisting with financial close; account reconciliations; preparation and posting of journal entries; monitoring and reporting of daily cash flow; and other duties deemed necessary to support the accounting function.

EDUCATION
Associate’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 year of experience.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. This position does require travel. The ability to drive and have a valid driver’s license is necessary for this position.
PSYCHOLOGICAL DEMANDS
Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills in order to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting tasks. Must be able to remain patient, calm and understanding with employees and vendors with effective tolerance of difficult situations. Must be able to work with minimal supervision regarding time management and project assignments and have the ability to consistently make secure, sound, ethical decisions.
