SUMMARY
Primary responsibility is to provide key financial support to the plant including budget, monthly forecast, weekly flash, month-end close, monthly financial reporting and internal control testing and compliance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepare daily/weekly reports for location management
Assist in building annual budget for plant
Perform self-audits as well as ensuring SOX compliance
Assist with internal/external auditors on facility audits
Provides/Assists in location cost/standard reviews monthly
Account Reconciliations
Prepare journal entries
Prepare year end reports as needed
Provide training and guidance as related to EBS OM in Oracle, which includes purchase order review and processing to COPD
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education
BS/BA in Finance or Business
Experience
2-3 years Finance experience
Skills and Abilities
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong analytical capabilities
Oracle ERP experience or other similar systems (JD Edwards, SAP, others) is a plus
Strong project management skills
Flexibility of time, thoughts, and methods to achieve tasks
Basic knowledge of forecasting
Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, and quickly changing environment.
Capable of multi-tasking
If position is ITAR, requiring hires to have a U.S. Person status
