Compiles and inputs all pertinent account information from sales personnel for use in database and reports utilized by the sales personnel, GM’s or corporate headquarters.
Types and proofs all sales proposals and general correspondence and any overflow paperwork.
Liaison between operations, shippers, and customers in order to provide a smooth move process.
Assists the Customer Service Coordinator II in coordinating complex and sensitive national accounts.

Requirements Maintains pertinent account information provided by sales personnel in order to track account’s status and profile.
Receives and processes all Customer Service Orders (CSO) and occasionally creates CSOs.
Submits orders and assigns surveyors.
Compiles cost estimates.
Provides sales support to sales department.
Drafts, types and proofs all O&I sales proposals with high level of accuracy for the sales department.
Acts as liaison between operations, shippers, and accounts/customers.
Coordinates O & I moves by interacting with customers, sales personnel, contractors and other agents by preparing paperwork and compiling information.
Good verbal and written communication skills and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other computer software.
