As a Loyalty Implementation and Configuration Manager at Capillary, you will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of Capillary’s solutions for our clients in the North American region. You will work closely with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams (Capillary and Customer) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for gathering customer requirements for go-lives and developing and building scalable and automated solutions for one of the largest Healthcare companies in the world. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you will also be responsible for building, leading, and motivating a team of configuration analysts.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in configuration and implementation of enterprise software solutions.
Strong understanding of Configuration Management principles and best practices.
Proven experience in managing and delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in report design and data analysis.
Knowledge of loyalty program operations is a plus.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and APIs and associated tools.
Experience writing effective tests for the front end.
Experience with configuration management tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of cloud computing and SaaS delivery models
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding talented configuration analysts to join the team.
Providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop the technical skills and expertise of your team members.
Fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment where individuals can learn and grow together.
Delegating tasks effectively and empowering your team members to take ownership of their projects.
Regularly evaluating team performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead the configuration and implementation of Capillary’s solutions for clients.
Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Configure and customize Capillary’s solutions according to client needs and best practices.
Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of Capillary’s solutions.
Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during implementation.
Document and maintain accurate records of configurations, deployments, and client interactions.
Collect and report metrics as necessary, identifying and reporting non-compliance situations while performing audits as directed.
Regularly report on the effectiveness of loyalty operations and configuration management to your team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Continuously stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of Capillary’s solutions.
Recommended Skills/Abilities:
Understanding of security, risk and compliance frameworks, operating systems, and networking connectivity
Understanding of APIs and utilizing API based tooling such as Postman
Experience writing effective tests for the front end.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Alternately, extensive experience (10+ years) in configuration and implementation roles may be considered instead of a formal degree, especially for highly skilled individuals with a proven track record of success.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Travel:
This position will require travel at times in case the candidate is not based out of Minneapolis.
